  1. Nice annotation! I loved the Hunger Games, and I was excited to see some read-a-likes that I had haven't seen yet! I've read Divergent and the Maze Runner and love those too, so I will definitely have to read Enclave and Epic! Thanks for posting!

    1. Anna, I used Novelist for a list of read-a-likes and choose books that I found most similar. I have not read, or even heard of before now, Enclave and Epic. I too will read those eventually. Right now I am reading the Maze Runner for my YA book club. I am only 1/4 of the way in but am intrigued so far.

  2. I agree with Anna's comment; when I saw in your title that you were doing The Hunger Games, I was thinking your read-a-likes would be ones I've heard of, but I don't know anything about Enclave or Epic. Are those YA, too? If so, are there any adult lit read-a-likes you have in mind?

    1. Both of those books are YA. I have not looked for adult read-a-likes but I am positive that they are out of there.

  3. Great summary. One of this week's readings stressed that plot summaries should be one long sentence, two at the most. You were able to give a succinct but thorough summary.
